Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established public service trade union for a Part-Time Administrator to support their busy team based in Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied role and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
The Role
As Administrator, you will provide essential day-to-day support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and delivering excellent service to colleagues and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
*General administrative support
*Managing emails and correspondence
*Data entry and record maintenance
*Document preparation and filing
*Handling telephone enquiries
*Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties
*Maintaining accurate records and databases
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous administration experience
*Possesses excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Is confident using Microsoft Office applications
*Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Can work independently and manage their workload effectively
*Is reliable, professional, and able to hit the ground running
