9-month fixed term contract
We’re supporting a leading global organisation looking for an experienced LIMS Product Owner / Product Lead to take ownership of its Quality & Compliance technology landscape, with a particular focus on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
You’ll act as the link between laboratory operations, business stakeholders and technology teams, owning the product roadmap, backlog and delivery priorities across a global environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Own and prioritise the LIMS product backlog and roadmap.
*Translate business requirements into features and user stories.
*Lead an agile delivery squad and oversee releases and rollouts.
*Work with senior business and technical stakeholders globally.
*Manage product risks, dependencies, resources and budgets.
*Support L2/L3 incidents and ongoing application performance.
*Track product KPIs, value and continuous improvement.
*Work with external vendors and internal technology teams.
We’re looking for:
*Strong experience implementing and managing LIMS in a global environment.
*Previous Product Owner, Product Manager or LIMS Lead experience.
*Strong understanding of laboratory operations and Quality/Compliance processes.
*Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs and product priorities.
*Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience.
Desirable: Intelex, Product Owner certification, vendor management, budget ownership and exposure to AI/emerging technologies.
