Overview
We are recruiting for reliable and customer-focused White Glove Delivery Operatives to provide a premium delivery and installation service for high-value products. This role involves delivering goods directly into customers’ homes or businesses, assembling products where required, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
*Deliver high-value products safely and professionally.
*Unpack, assemble, position, and install products at customer premises.
*Remove packaging and leave the delivery area clean and tidy.
*Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting as part of a two-person team.
*Complete delivery paperwork and obtain proof of delivery.
*Provide a first-class customer experience and act as an ambassador for the business.
*Report any delivery issues, damages, or customer concerns promptly.
*Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
*Previous delivery, installation, removals, or white glove experience preferred.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Good level of physical fitness.
*Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends.
*Full UK Driving Licence (if driver position).
*Reliable, professional, and well-presented.
