This is more than a typical estate agency role. It’s an opportunity to become a specialist in one of the most exciting and fast-moving sectors of the property market, working with motivated sellers, serious buyers and unique properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Identifying and winning new auction opportunities
*Building relationships with vendors, investors, developers and property professionals
*Working closely with our branch network to generate auction instructions
*Advising clients on the benefits of selling via auction
*Managing the sales journey from instruction through to completion
*Growing your reputation as an auction property specialist
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who:
*Loves building relationships and winning business
*Has experience within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Sales or a customer-focused sales role
*Is commercially minded and target driven
*Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Thrives in a fast-paced environment
*Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
