Full job descriptionA unique opportunity for a driven individual to join a leading global (re)insurance organisation in London.
Our client is seeking someone with experience of working in a strategic, analytical, or project management role within the Insurance / Reinsurance sector. You will support the design, coordination and implementation of operational priorities that shape the strategic direction of the Portfolio Management function, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and enhance strategic execution across the business.
The role covers three main areas: coordinating and tracking strategic initiatives (including capital planning and model management activity, project documentation, timelines and stakeholder updates); supporting leadership engagement through off-sites, quarterly planning meetings and other portfolio and capital forums, while acting as a liaison across Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Global Services; and developing clear, compelling presentation materials and briefing documents for senior leadership, applying structured thinking to break down complex business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
Our client is seeking someone who has reinsurance knowledge who ideally has experience of working in a Lloyd’s of London strategy team, a capital function within a Lloyd’s syndicate, or a similar insurance-focused strategic finance or corporate strategy role.
