Full job descriptionIT Disaster Recovery Consultant | Hybrid | Gloucester | Inside IR35 | £550 - £600

I’m currently working with a large organisation seeking an experienced IT Disaster Recovery Consultant to support a critical resilience programme.

This is a hands-on contract where you’ll be responsible for reviewing, updating and documenting IT disaster recovery plans and operational playbooks across a complex technology estate. We’re looking for someone who can quickly assess the current landscape, engage with key stakeholders, and deliver practical, test-ready documentation within a tight timescale.

Key experience
*Proven track record delivering IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programmes
*Experience working within large, complex environments
*Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
*Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes
*Experience creating recovery plans, runbooks and operational playbooks
*Strong understanding of core infrastructure and enterprise IT services
