Our client is a growing organisation looking for friendly, confident and motivated Outreach Executives to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and making a difference, with full training provided.

The Role

As an Outreach Executive, you will:
*Make professional and engaging telephone calls
*Build positive relationships with members of the public and organisations
*Secure fundraising opportunities and venue bookings
*Generate leads and support outreach campaigns
*Complete welcome, supporter and stewardship calls
*Conduct surveys and gather valuable feedback
*Accurately update internal systems and CRM records
*Provide a high level of customer service throughout every conversation
About You

The client is looking for individuals who are:
*Confident and comfortable speaking on the telephone
*Friendly, approachable and professional
*Excellent communicators and active listeners
*Reliable, self-motivated and organised
*Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
*Positive and willing to learn
*Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, fundraising, hospitality, call centres or telephone-based roles would be beneficial, but is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
