Full job descriptionWe’re recruiting for an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative to join a housing association in Nottingham on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role will involve carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, alongside other general multi-trade works where required.

The Role:
*Carrying out day-to-day carpentry repairs and maintenance
*Working across social housing properties in Nottingham
*Completing associated multi-trade repairs as required
*Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
*40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
*Van and fuel card provided from day one
Requirements:
*Strong carpentry background
*Previous social housing experience essential
*Competent in additional trades / general maintenance
*Previous repairs and maintenance experience
*Ability to work independently across occupied properties
