LHH Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support a portfolio of long-term, high-value projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational and project teams, providing financial insight, challenging assumptions, and helping drive strategic decision-making.
The Role
Working as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, you will provide financial analysis, forecasting and performance insight across a range of complex, multi-year projects. You will play a key role in supporting investment decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring projects remain financially aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
*Business partnering with senior Project Managers and operational leaders
*Monitoring project performance, budgets, expenditure and resource utilisation
*Providing insightful analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions
*Identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve project outcomes
*Leading monthly forecasting and reporting cycles
*Supporting annual budgeting and target-setting processes
*Driving continuous improvement in reporting, controls and business processes


About You
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Project Finance role
*Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
*Confident communicator, able to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
*Strong analytical and commercial mindset
*Advanced Excel and financial systems/reporting experience
*Ability to influence, challenge and build relationships across all levels of an organisation
