Full job descriptionThis is a great opportunity for someone with e-billing or legal billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key responsibilities:
*Managing the end-to-end e-billing process

*Submitting invoices through client e-billing portals

*Investigating and resolving rejected or queried invoices

*Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues

*Ensuring invoices meet client billing requirements

*Supporting wider revenue, WIP and cash collection activities

*Identifying opportunities to improve billing processes



The ideal candidate:
*Previous e-billing, legal billing or revenue experience

*Experience within professional services would be beneficial

*Strong systems and Excel skills

*Excellent attention to detail

*Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

*Able to manage a high-volume workload and competing deadlines
