We are currently recruiting Footwear Operatives to join a busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or other practical hands-on experience who are looking to build a career within a specialist industry.
Key Responsibilities
*Working on various stages of the footwear production process
*Assembling, finishing, and checking products to quality standards
*Operating basic machinery and hand tools where required
*Inspecting products for defects and reporting issues
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Working collaboratively as part of a production team
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, engineering, or another hands-on role
*Good attention to detail and quality standards
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
