Full job descriptionCollins Property Recruitment are recruiting for one of London’s most successful and esteemed independent Estate Agencies and have been tasked with finding them a Senior Lettings Consultant for their market leading business.
To be successful, you must have the following attributes:
*Have previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
*London property experience
*Be articulate, with excellent communication skills
*Be hungry and driven to succeed
*Have a proven and demonstrable track record of consistently achieving targets
*Be self-motivated, possess a pro-active attitude and always maintain an outstanding professional and customer-service focused approach
In return, the Sales Negotiator will receive the following:
*£25,000 - £30,000 Basic salary
*Generous commission structure
*£80,000 OTE
*Monday - Friday
*Access to office parking
