A well-established Plant & Tool Hire company in Leicester is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and develop key client relationships.
The Role:
*Generate new business opportunities across the construction sector
*Manage and grow existing customer accounts
*Build relationships with contractors, developers, and industrial clients
*Achieve sales targets and support business growth
Requirements:
*Proven sales experience within Plant Hire, Tool Hire, Powered Access, or a related hire sector
*Strong track record of winning new business
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Full UK driving licence
Package:
*Salary up to £60,000 DOE
