Are you an experienced catering assistant looking for flexible work within local schools?
We are currently recruiting Catering Assistants to support a variety of schools across Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for part-time work, additional hours, or those wanting to gain experience within a school catering environment.
Duties Include:
*Assisting with food preparation and service
*Serving pupils and staff during meal times
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
*Washing up and cleaning kitchen areas
*Following food safety procedures and school policies
*Supporting the wider catering team as required
What We’re Looking For:
Previous kitchen or catering experience is essential

Reliable and punctual individuals

Ability to work as part of a team

Food hygiene knowledge is advantageous

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
