A leading higher education organisation is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
*Advise and coach managers on HR policies and employment law
*Support investigations, hearings and formal meetings
*Ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management
*Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law
*Confident managing complex ER cases
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*CIPD qualification desirable
