Reed Early Years is recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager / Third in Charge for a well-established nursery in Farsley.
Working closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, help lead and motivate the team, ensure high standards of care and education, and contribute to a positive environment for children, families, and staff.
Requirements*Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
*Previous experience in a senior nursery role
*Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A positive, hands-on approach to leadership
