Location: Bolton
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekly
*06:00am - 2:30pm
*2:00pm - 10:30pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturer of cleaning products and detergents. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term temp-to-perm position within a small, lean manufacturing and production environment.
As an FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and production facility, ensuring materials and products are moved safely, efficiently, and in line with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
*Loading and unloading vehicles.
*Moving palletised stock from Goods In directly into warehouse racking locations.
*Replenishing and supplying production lines with raw materials.
*Transporting finished goods from production to storage areas.
*Conducting daily FLT safety and equipment checks.
*Assisting with stock control and inventory movements.
*Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
*Supporting production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets.
Candidate Requirements
*Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence.
* Minimum of 2 years’ FLT Counterbalance experience within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
*Proven experience moving palletised stock and working within racking systems.
*Strong understanding of warehouse and health & safety procedures.
*Ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced, lean operation.
*Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious approach.
*Good communication skills and attention to detail.
