We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client on a 6-month temporary maternity cover assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple accounts, and making an immediate impact within a busy and supportive team.
This role is ideal for candidates who are available at short notice and looking for a rewarding temporary assignment with a clear project focus.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of client accounts and acting as the main point of contact
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Responding to client enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
*Coordinating customer requirements and ensuring expectations are exceeded
*Providing regular account updates and reporting
*Supporting contract renewals and service reviews
*Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
*Resolving any customer issues professionally and efficiently
*Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM systems
*Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
About You
*Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Relationship Management
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Able to work independently and hit the ground running
*Available to commit to a 6-month temporary maternity cover assignment
