Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Investment Associate to join our dynamic Investment Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, pitching, and closing investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities*Deal Sourcing and Execution:
*Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
*Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, advisors, and intermediaries to source proprietary deals.
*Introducing the clients products to prospects.
*Load clients.
*Business development position.
*Strategic Initiatives:
*Contribute to the development of the firm’s overall investment strategy.
*Identify industry trends and market dynamics that may impact the firm’s investment focus.
*Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities as required.
Qualifications and Experience*Knowledge of fixed income products.
*3 years of experience closing deals over the phone and face to face.
*Business development background.
*Deep understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
*Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
