I’m currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment.
UK-wide | Based from your nearest base location
Up to £100K + 5% bonus
BPSS clearance required
Must be UK-based
The roleYou’ll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
*IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model
*Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing
*KPI/SLA management and reporting
*Stakeholder, risk and issue management
*Driving continuous service improvement
What we’re looking forStrong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment, with a broad understanding of:
IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI
Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable.
You don’t need to be hands-on across every technology - we’re looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders.
ClearanceCandidates must be eligible for BPSS.
