Location: Office based - Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: £27K
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5
Finance Assistant - Assistant Accountant duties:
*Process purchase invoices and prepare the monthly payment run
*Assist with the annual year-end statutory audit
*Support with bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
*Assist with analysing the management accounts
*Raise and control the issue of purchase orders
Skills and experience:
*Experience working in a similar Assistant Accountant or Finance Assistant type role
*Be AAT qualified or an ACCA / CIMA studier - keen to study
*Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
