Full job descriptionBilling Analyst | Chorley (hybrid/remote) | £28k | Permanent
A remote role will be considered for an exceptional candidate with relevant experience.
The Role
Trostan Dene are supporting a technology service provider in Chorley in finding a Billing Analyst to support the Billing Manager in delivering accurate data reporting to their customers and internal stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and meeting monthly deadlines.
*Input and maintain billing data within the Ability system.
*Check and resolve billing discrepancies, escalating issues when required.
*Deal with internal and customer billing queries.
*Load, reconcile and validate supplier CDRs, challenging inaccuracies.
*Work with the billing system provider on system updates, loaders and issues.
*Maintain tariffs, destination tables and other billing system information.
*Produce customer reports and support revenue assurance, system testing and ad hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in a billing role (ideally telecoms or energy)
*Experience in a fast-paced business environment
*High level of integrity, attention to detail and accuracy

*Salary: £28,000
*Hybrid working (Tues and Thurs from home)
*Working hours 8.45am – 5.30pm (40 hours) – reduced hours will be considered
