*7am to 7pm or 10am to 7pm
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT Operative to join our client on a temporary seasonal basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials around the warehouse and yard.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
*Loading and unloading vehicles.
*Moving and storing stock and materials around the warehouse/yard.
*Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations.
*Loading pallets and preparing goods for dispatch.
*Following all site health & safety procedures.
*Carrying out basic checks on the FLT and reporting any issues.
*Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
*Supporting the wider warehouse team during the busy seasonal period.
Requirements
*MUST hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate.
*Previous Counterbalance FLT experience.
*Previous warehouse, yard or logistics experience preferred.
*Must be reliable, punctual and committed to the full temporary assignment.
*Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse/yard environment.
