Full job description3 Month Temporary Role working for this successful specialist tour operator responsible for supporting the delivery of hiring outcomes by proactively sourcing, engaging and screening talent.

Talent Partner, Responsibilities
*Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Job boards, referrals and creative search techniques
*Support and manage end-to-end recruitment activity, from role briefing through to offer stage
*Conduct candidate screening and assessment
*Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Talent Partner, Skills Required
*Inhouse recruitment experience
*Experience in recruitment, with exposure to full-cycle hiring
*Demonstrable experience in proactively souring candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach)
Additional Information
*Hybrid with the offices in central London
*Paying up to £20p/h depending on experience
*Working Mon - Fri
