*Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
*Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 FTE
Reed Accountancy are currently working with a renowned local organisation who are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will join an established, close-knit team and be responsible for maintaining the end-to-end payroll function.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Managing the end-to-end processing for weekly and monthly payrolls
*Maintaining and updating employee payroll records
*Performing payroll reconciliations and verifying data
*Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
*Processing payroll related changes including starters, leavers, and amendments
*Calculating and administering statutory payments and deductions
*Acting as point of contact for payroll queries from internal stakeholders
*Ensuring compliance with HMRC, guidelines, and company policies
*Providing support to wider payroll and accounts teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a similar payroll position
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
