Are you looking to take ownership of large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes while leading teams and shaping technical delivery?
Due to continued growth, we’re hiring multiple Lead Databricks Architects to join a rapidly expanding Data & AI practice delivering complex transformation programmes for enterprise organisations across a range of industries.
This is a leadership-focused role combining architecture, technical leadership and delivery oversight. You’ll work closely with architects, delivery leads and senior stakeholders to define solution strategy, oversee engineering delivery and build modern Databricks-based platforms that enable advanced analytics, machine learning and AI initiatives.
You’ll join a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Architects and AI specialists, working on enterprise-scale programmes that utilise the latest technologies across Databricks, Azure and modern Data & AI ecosystems.

You Will Work With
*Defining architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-scale Databricks programmes
*Leading and mentoring teams of Data Engineers and technical specialists
*Designing modern Lakehouse architectures using Databricks and Azure
*Collaborating with stakeholders to shape solution roadmaps and delivery plans
*Overseeing engineering delivery, quality standards and technical governance
*Driving best practice across data engineering, analytics and AI initiatives
*Supporting machine learning, GenAI and emerging AI workloads
*Conducting discovery workshops and architecture reviews
*Managing technical risks, dependencies and architectural decisions
*Supporting business growth through technical leadership and solution design
