Location: Stamford
Salary: £32-40k DOE
IT Support Analyst / IT Engineer with strong 2nd line IT support, Windows 11, Windows Server, Networking, O365, and Intune experience, is required by a leading company in Stamford.
Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to be in a hands-on role. The role is full-time on site in Stamford, but also supporting some of the other offices across the Midlands
Key Skills required:
*Excellent 2nd line IT Support / Service Desk support experience
*Experience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365
*Experience with Windows Server 19 / 22
*Experience with Azure, Intune, Exchange, Hyper-V and Active Directory
*Good working knowledge of support on-prem and configuring hybrid infrastructure environments
*Strong networking experience (e.g., Patching, TCP/IP, Switches, VLANs, Firewalls, etc.)
*Full UK Drivers licence and own car - essential requirement
Key roles and responsibilities:
*Provide 2 line IT Support to staff at all levels, with potential 3 line responsibilities.
*Diagnosis and resolution of IT concerns via remote and on-site methods.
*Deployment of desktop/server software and hardware solutions.
*Enhancement and maintenance of current infrastructure.
*Regular proactive upkeep of server and desktop systems.
*Thorough troubleshooting of user problems.
*Crafting comprehensive support materials.
*Contribution to the routine administration of IT systems.
