Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)? Hays Education is urgently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Secondary School Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream and specialist secondary schools in Manchester Area.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
*Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
*Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement
*Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
*Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists
*Track and report on student progress and development
Requirements:
*Essential:
Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
*TEAM TEACH TRAINING ESSENTIAL
*Optional:
Experience working within a healthcare/care worker setting
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach
