Key Responsibilities:*Leading performance testing activities to optimise vehicle performance
*Developing and implementing advanced simulation models to predict vehicle behaviour
*Analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation
*Collaborating with design and engineering teams to apply findings from simulations and testing
*Overseeing the development of performance metrics and benchmarking against industry standards
*Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
*Communicating performance insights and recommendations to senior management
Job Requirements:*Experience in performance testing within a motorsports or related high-performance environment
*Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance analytics
*Expertise in developing and running simulation models
*Strong understanding of motorsport engineering principles and vehicle dynamics
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team
*Effective communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly
*Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
