The role of Senior Estimator - Facades will involve:
*Estimator position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS
*Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and tenders for facade and cladding projects
*Analyse drawings, specifications and project requirements to produce accurate and competitive quotations
*Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiating costs where appropriate
*Identify project risks, assess material and labour requirements, and ensure all costs are accounted for
*Liaise with clients, contractors and internal estimating teams throughout the tender process, providing commercial and technical support
*Working on projects that could range in value between £2m - £35m+
The ideal applicant will be Senior Estimator - Facades with:
*Must have experience as an Estimator within facades
*Ideally have experience within rainscreen cladding and/or recladding experience
*Ability to work well autonomously
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*High levels of attention to detail and organisation
*Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
