Full job descriptionWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Horticultural Services Assistant to join their team on a short-term temporary assignment expected to last around four weeks.
This is a hands-on role supporting horticultural operations and would suit someone with previous experience working with plants who is looking for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
*Disposal of plant waste
*Cleaning and preparation of growing areas
*Supporting plant care activities including staking, tying and re-potting
*Assisting with general horticultural duties as required
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout growing environments
Candidate Requirements:
*Previous experience working with plants is essential
*GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
*Strong communication skills
*Able to work effectively as part of a team
*Reliable and flexible approach to work
Experience within a customer-facing or research environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
