You’llbesupportingchildrenandyoungpeoplewithlearningdisabilities(LD)andbehavioursthatmaychallenge,helpingthemfeelsafe,supportedandencouragedtodeveloptheirindependence.

Requirements
*Minimum6months’experienceinachildren’sresidentialcaresetting
*ExperiencesupportingchildrenwithLDandbehavioursthatmaychallenge
*Goodunderstandingofsafeguarding
*Confident,reliableandcaringapproach
*Abilitytoworkdays,nightsand/orweekendsasrequired
