Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Employment Associate to join a dynamic and growing legal practice in the heart of London. If you are passionate about providing excellent client care, have a proven track record in private client work and are seeking a new challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
*Employment Tribunal claims and litigation
*Complex disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
*Senior executive exits and settlement agreements
*Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work
*Redundancy/restructuring
*Workplace investigations
*TUPE/employment aspects of corporate transactions
*Advising employer clients commercially and strategically
*Client relationship management and business development
Requirements:
*3-4 years’ PQE in employment law
*Experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters
*Experience advising Senior Executive clients
*Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive and collaborative approach to client service
*An interest in business development and marketing
