Full job descriptionThe RoleAn established law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor / Family Lawyer to join its growing team in Wiltshire.
The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied family law caseload, working closely with clients to provide clear, practical and commercially minded legal advice.
You will handle matters across a broad range of family law, with opportunities to develop your own caseload, build client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a varied family law caseload independently.

*Advise clients on a range of private family matters.

*Handle matters including divorce, financial settlements and children arrangements.

*Prepare legal documentation and correspondence.

*Represent clients throughout the progression of their matters.

*Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

*Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.

*Contribute to networking, marketing and business development.

*Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and file management.

Requirements*Qualified Solicitor, Family Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive.

*Experience within family law is essential.

*Ability to manage a caseload independently.

*Strong knowledge of family law and relevant procedures.

*Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

*Strong client care and organisational skills.

*Commercially aware with the ability to develop professional relationships.
