Are you an experienced education or training professional looking for your next leadership opportunity?
We are looking for a Training Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day quality and performance of a busy education and training provision in Rotherham, supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining staff management, teaching and learning, quality assurance and learner progress.
Key Responsibilities*Lead and support a team of tutors and education staff.
*Drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
*Support staff through coaching, mentoring, lesson observations and CPD.
*Monitor learner progress, engagement and outcomes.
*Lead quality assurance and assessment processes.
*Use data to identify improvements and drive better outcomes.
*Deliver Functional Skills teaching where required.
*Work closely with senior leadership to develop and improve the provision.
*Promote an inclusive, positive and supportive learning environment.
About YouYou’ll ideally have:
*A Level 5+ teaching qualification.
*Experience teaching Functional Skills Maths or English.
*Experience working with post-16 learners, particularly those with SEND.
*Experience leading, developing or supporting teaching staff.
*Strong knowledge of quality assurance, assessment and learner progress.
*Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
*A genuine passion for supporting young people and improving outcomes.
Enhanced DBS clearance will be required for the successful applicant.
