Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys working directly with customers and travelling internationally?

I’m working on an exciting Customer Support Engineer opportunity within a specialist communications and defence environment, supporting complex technical systems across the UK and overseas.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:
*Installation, commissioning and maintenance of communications and network systems
*2nd-line technical support and repair
*Customer site surveys and technical troubleshooting
*Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer trials
*Customer training and technical demonstrations
*Requirements capture and technical documentation
*Working closely with customers and internal engineering teams
*Around 70% site-based, with UK and international travel
What We’re Looking ForExperience in areas such as:
*RF / Radio
*Datalinks
*Networking / TCP/IP
*Telecommunications
*Communications systems
*Defence or other complex technical environments
*Hands-on installation, commissioning or field service
