Job Description
*Lead and manage the QC team, including daily workload planning, setting targets and monitoring performance
*Oversee quality inspection and testing, supporting inspection activities and measurement techniques
*Develop team performance, ensuring effective induction, training, competency, probation reviews, and ongoing development.
*Drive quality and process improvement by implementing improvement initiatives and supporting NPI.

Quality Control Team Leader
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry in a quality control position.
*Strong technical competence and decision-making capability
*Supervisory/Team Leadership experience is highly desirable
