Full job descriptionWe are working with a PE-backed international business looking for their first Global Head of Enterprise Architecture.
The organisation is growing through acquisition and major transformation, and technology will play a key part in bringing new businesses into the Group.
The Role
*Define where the Group’s technology landscape needs to go.
*Build and develop a strong architecture capability.
*Shape the technology approach to M&A and post-acquisition integration.
*Support large-scale business and technology change.
*Reduce complexity across an international technology estate.
*Partner with the CIO and senior business leaders on major technology choices and investment.
*Make sure key technology decisions are practical, commercially sound and support future growth.
Experience Needed
*An established Head of Enterprise Architecture, EA Director or Chief Architect.
*Experience within a PE-backed, acquisitive or M&A-driven business.
*Strong exposure to acquisition integration and large-scale transformation.
*Broad experience across enterprise technology rather than one specialist area.
*A track record of building and managing experienced architecture teams.
*Experience operating across multiple countries and business units.
*Commercially minded, with the confidence to work directly with executive leadership.
