Full job description Transport Compliance Coordinator -Beaconsfield

Hybrid Working | Monday-Friday | £28,000-£30,000
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Transport Compliance Coordinator to support the safe, legal and efficient management of a nationwide fleet of HGV and light commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate vehicle maintenance, MOTs and inspections
*Maintain accurate vehicle and driver compliance records
*Monitor vehicle defects and VOR cases
*Liaise with workshops, suppliers and service providers
*Support driver compliance, tachograph and training records
*Produce compliance reports and KPI data
*Provide general fleet administration support

What We’re Looking For:
*Experience within transport, fleet, logistics or compliance administration
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good Microsoft Office skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
*Full UK driving licence
