Interim Financial Controller

Oxford | 3 Month Contract initially | 3-4 Days Onsite | Immediate Start

We are seeking a fully qualified accountant for an Interim Financial Controller for a medical devices business.

You will take ownership of financial reporting, group consolidations, statutory accounts, audit management and financial controls across a multi-entity structure. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical accounting expertise and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities
*Ownership of monthly and annual financial reporting
*Preparation and review of group consolidations
*Statutory accounts and year-end reporting
*Lead external audit process
*Financial controls, governance and compliance
*Cashflow and treasury oversight
*Finance process improvement and support for strategic projects
*Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business

Candidate Profile
*ACA qualified or equivalent.
*Strong controls experience ( eg: from Audit)
*Previous Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager experience
*Strong consolidation and group reporting experience
*Appetite to get into the detail as required
*Experience within a multi-entity environment
*Available at short notice
*Onsite in Oxford
