Full job descriptionA highly established and award winning Norfolk based Law firm are looking to expand their Private Client team with the addition of a couple of qualified legal professionals.
This firm are highly regarding in the region offering services to individuals and business alike.


Responsibilities:
*Manage a mixed caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters
*Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, and estate planning
*Draft and review legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds
*Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to ensure smooth administration of estates.
*Support business development activities to build and grow the Wills, Trusts and Probate offering alongside the partner
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 or more years experience
*Knowledge of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984 and the Non-contentious Probate Rules 1987
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
*Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively
*High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
