Responsibilities:
*Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management
*Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, lease renewals, and licenses for landlords and tenants
*Conducting thorough title investigations and preparing reports on title
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships with local businesses, investors, and developers
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 2 or more years experience
*Solid technical background in commercial property law and landlord/tenant matters
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
*Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively
