We are looking for compassionate and skilled Team Leader to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
Fernside Hall is a 24 bedded service, providing exceptional support to individuals with dementia and Physical disability. Fernside Hall is a beautiful, residential care home for adults with a relaxed, family feel to the home. We are located in Halifax’s Manor Heath / Savile Park area, a few miles from the town centre.
What you’ll be Doing
*Oversee daily operations of the care home
*Lead and support a team of care staff
*Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
*Develop and implement care plans
*Manage staff schedules and training
*Foster a positive and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need
*At least 2-3 + years’ experience as a Team Leader in a care home.
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care
*Must be fully flexible
