As Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring operational standards, service performance and team effectiveness remain consistently high. Working across a fast-paced 24/7 environment, you’ll lead and develop teams, optimise resources and implement practical improvements that enhance efficiency, service levels and cost control.

The Role:
*Lead warehouse and logistics operations across multiple warehousing and service areas.
*Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure seamless execution.
*Ensure compliance with all health, safety and operational procedures.
*Lead, coach and develop teams across multiple shifts.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, productivity and cost optimisation.
*Oversee stock accuracy, inventory control and operational reporting.
*Manage relationships with external equipment and service providers.
*Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure service demands are consistently met.
