A global law firm is looking for an Intranet Platform Owner to lead its SharePoint Online intranet into AI-enabled search, Copilot experiences and agentic workflows. You will own the strategy and day-to-day running of the platform, reporting to the Head of Knowledge Technology Platforms.
What you’ll do
*Own and deliver the global intranet roadmap, including enterprise search and AI capabilities
*Chair the Intranet Governance Group, an executive-level steering body
*Lead a virtual team and external suppliers against service targets and budget
*Shape the governance and rollout of Viva Engage
What you’ll bring
*Proven ownership of an enterprise intranet or comparable employee platform, accountable for roadmap, delivery and service
*Expert SharePoint Online knowledge across configuration, information architecture and integrations
*Experience leading teams or suppliers, including budget tracking
*A track record of chairing governance forums or working closely with partners, directors or executives
*Familiarity with Copilot and Copilot Studio; legal or professional services experience is a plus
