Your role
SJC Partners are recruiting an experienced Conveyancer for a leading regional law firm with an established Residential Property team in Birmingham.
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, with experienced support, an established client base and a consistent flow of work.
This opportunity would suit someone looking to develop their career within a busy, growing department that values high standards of client care.

What you’ll do
*Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion.
*Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
*Deal with new builds, transfers of equity, shared ownership, Right to Buy and lease extensions.
*Review titles, resolve issues and manage enquiries.
*Keep clients and other parties updated throughout transactions.
*Build relationships with estate agents and professional referrers.
*Work towards agreed billing and performance targets.
What you’ll need
At least three years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, with confidence handling transactions independently.
