We are looking for a customer-focused Operations Specialist to join a growing business in a varied role covering customer service and operational support.

What you’ll do:
*Manage customer queries across phone, email and chat.
*Support onboarding and daily operations.
*Resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
*Carry out routine checks and administrative processes.
*Work with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
Who you are:
*Previous customer service or operations experience.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
*Empathetic, proactive and solutions focused.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Confident using systems and learning new technology.
*Experience within a regulated environment is advantageous.
