We are looking for an experienced risk and compliance professional to support the wider risk and compliance function.

What you’ll do:
*Provide oversight and assurance across compliance activity.
*Review and challenge processes, controls and risks.
*Identify emerging risks and areas for improvement.
*Track actions through to completion.
*Support the development of the risk and compliance framework.
*Prepare clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholders.
*Lead control reviews and support continuous improvement.
*Ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain effective.

Who you are:
*5+ years’ experience across risk, compliance, assurance or a related area.
*Strong experience across controls, assurance or risk oversight.
*Confident identifying risks and making sound judgements.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Comfortable challenging processes and escalating issues when required.
*Strong communicator with confident stakeholder management skills.
*Relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
