An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator to join a well-established, family-run business in Leicester. Due to continued growth, the company is looking to add a motivated individual to its friendly and diverse team.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a positive, flexible approach to work.
Key Responsibilities*Processing sales orders and raising picking lists.
*Liaising with customers regarding orders via telephone and email.
*Booking delivery slots with customers.
*Handling incoming telephone enquiries.
*Meeting and greeting visitors to the business.
*Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
*Providing general administrative support across the business.
*Assisting with transport administration during holiday cover periods.
