This is a unique opportunity to lead an established analytics function while remaining close to the work. You’ll combine people leadership, operational analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven innovation to influence business strategy and improve customer and operational outcomes.




ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Operations Analytics & Insights Lead will:




*Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and analytics professionals
*Define analytical priorities and building a structured, value-driven roadmap
*Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions through insight
*Develop frameworks to measure operational performance and identify inefficiencies
*Deliver hands-on analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical evaluation
*Build scalable reporting and measurement frameworks
*Automate manual processes and improving analytical workflows
*Support AI-enabled operational initiatives, including chatbot and copilot analytics
*Establish trusted metrics, governance, and data quality standards
*Drive a culture of analytical rigour, commercial thinking, and continuous improvement
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Strong experience leading analytics, data, or insight teams
*Proven people management and stakeholder engagement capability
*Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work hands-on when required
*Experience developing analytical strategy and influencing senior leadership
*Strong statistical knowledge, including experimentation and significance testing
*Experience translating complex analysis into actionable business recommendations
*A track record of improving processes through automation and data-driven decision-making
*Practical experience using AI tools and technologies to enhance business processes
*Comfortable operating in fast-moving, commercially focused environments
